Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Respond to resident requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner Maintain a safe and clean work environment Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Some experience in maintenance, preferably in an apartment or residential setting Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds We offer competitive pay starting at $24 per hour and up depending on experience.
